Why WODBumP?
Eliah SolRae is a competitive athlete and fitness coach with over 10 years of experience.
Early in his training he often didn’t have access to a full gym or the equipment required by most traditional programs, so he learned to build workouts around whatever he had available. Over time, a bigger problem showed up. When you program your own training it becomes easy to choose movements you like instead of the ones you actually need.
WODBumP was created to remove that bias. A simple system built around one rule: pull a card, do the workout. No overthinking, no excuses, no favoring strengths. Just training that meets you where you are and pushes you where you need to go.
