The WODBumP Accessory Deck features 52 accessory training protocols, designed to make you feel & move good. Each card displays a difficulty rating (1–5), targeted body zone, and a unique QR code that opens the protocol timer and notes tracking in our companion app.
The deck is divided into four color-coded categories:
- Red: Warm Ups — full body warm-ups designed to start getting your blood flowing.
- Green: Activations — targeted warm-ups for specific movements and skills that require extra attention before performing.
- Blue: Cool Downs — post-workout protocols for staying mobile and feeling good.
- Pink: Mobility — increase range of motion and movement overall efficiency.
Larger than standard playing cards and printed on durable, high-quality paper, each card is easy to read at a glance, no matter where you set it.

How are the workouts organized?
Each workout card features our signature double stripe on the top right. The color of the stripe signifies which category the workout belongs to. Categories will vary per deck.
Are the cards durable for gym use?
Absolutely. Each card is oversized and printed on sweat-proof, tear-resistant material built to handle real training environments, garage gyms, turf, chalk, and all!
