Classic Functional Fitness Workout Deck

The WODBumP Classic Deck features 52 functional fitness workouts ranging from beginner to advanced. Each card displays a difficulty rating (1–5), estimated time to complete, and a unique QR code that opens the workout timer and score tracking in our companion app.

The deck is divided into four color-coded categories:

• Red: Hero WODs — benchmark workouts named in honor of fallen soldiers and first responders.
• Blue: Classic WODs — well-known tests of fitness, perfect for tracking progress.
• Yellow: Bodyweight workouts — minimal or no equipment needed.
• Green: Full-body functional workouts — ranging from sub-5 minutes to 45+ minutes.

Larger than standard playing cards and printed on durable, high-quality paper, each card is easy to read at a glance, no matter where you set it.
