The WODBumP Travel Deck features 52 no-equipment functional fitness workouts. Each card displays a difficulty rating (1–5), estimated time to complete, and a unique QR code that opens the workout timer and score tracking in our companion app.
The deck is divided into four color-coded categories:
- Purple: Sub 8 Minutes — these are short burst workouts, designed to get your heart rate up in a limited time.
- Turquoise: 8-15 Minutes — slightly longer workouts, still at a sustained challenging effort.
- Green: 15-25 Minutes — moderate to longer end workouts, designed to build your aerobic endurance.
- Gold: 25+ Minutes — true endurance workouts that will put you to the test.
Larger than standard playing cards and printed on durable, high-quality paper, each card is easy to read at a glance, no matter where you set it.
