The WODBumP Functional Bodybuilding Deck features 52 functional bodybuilding sessions designed to give you a pump. Each card displays a difficulty rating (1–5), estimated time to complete, and a unique QR code that opens the workout tracking in our companion app.
The deck is divided into four color-coded categories:
- Rust: Upper Focus — upper body pump, focusing on pushing and pulling.
- Blue: Lower Focus — lower body strength and pump.
- Green: Core — develop core strength and abs.
- Bronze: Conditioning — get the heart rate up while training for aesthetic.
