How The Cards Work

All WODBumP® workout decks are built for ease of use during training. Each card is printed on an oversized, sweat-proof playing card that’s durable enough to handle tough workouts, garage floors, and repeated use.

Do I need equipment to use the cards?

The equipment required depends on the specific deck you're using.

How are the workouts organized?

Each workout card features our signature double stripe on the top right.

The color of the stripe signifies which category the workout belongs to. Categories will vary per deck.

Is there a first responder/military discount?

What is the QR code for?

On the back of each workout card is a unique QR code that will open that specific workout in the WODBumP® app.

In the app you can run workout timers, log scores, & track progress.
