The WODBumP Hybrid Athlete Deck features 52 Hyrox-style workouts designed to help you prep for your next race. Each card displays a difficulty rating (1–5), estimated time to complete, and a unique QR code that opens the workout timer and score tracking in our companion app.
The deck is divided into three color-coded categories:
Beige: Strength — these workouts will feature all the strength-based movements you will see in your race.
Purple: Endurance — designed to increase your cardiovascular endurance across all movements.
Green: Hybrid Challenges — workouts that mix strength & endurance, guaranteed to prep you for race day.
Larger than standard playing cards and printed on durable, high-quality paper, each card is easy to read at a glance, no matter where you set it.
